Recently I was in 2 seperate sealed tournaments. The first I was way ahead in points and had just Crit Hit KO'd Monica Rambeau and about to heal my Bullseye with Elixir when the game froze. It went into a "vanity screen/mode", this is a close-up of a figure.
I defragged the system and played a regular match and joined into another tournament. Sure enough froze up immediately. So I sent a refund request/complaint to Icarus Studios. I get a reply on Thursday saying the game was operating normally and was in vanity mode. No refund. I was on the fence since you have to return the figures and I had pulled 2 SRs.
I figured I'd rather have the CB back for a chance at winning LEs.

Returning the figures wouldn't be that big a deal if the game freezes, shut outs, and bugs weren't still so prevalent. I can understand if the game was a well oiled machine but it isn't. It is far better than the BETA version but it's still by no means on the same caliber as a PS3 game or other online games I've seen. It reminds me of one of those games on my droid phone that's fun but the freezes and shut downs get irritating. It's like someone with dementia. It has good days and bad.

The LEs. This brings me to my second biggest gripe. They are supposedly random. There's 11 LEs I think they only needed 9 or switch Night Nurse and Burglar out for Moonstone instead of simply adding her. Couldn't do that because if people complete the collection sealed tournament buying goes down. So they seed the prizes with Night Nurse and Burglar.
I have won 3 Night Nurses out of 5 Wins and she is the most often pulled LE whenever I'm online.

I truly hope they either fix the problems and there isn't any more problems or offer better customer service. It should 200 CB " for a chance to play a sealed tournament as long as our system doesn't cut out." How do I best clean up the glue and restore him?

I am not familiar with figure painting, I did one model plane with my uncle but we cheated and used spray paint. Any tips or tricks? Videos?
